The Company

The “Internet of Things” describes a world where anything, from smart-cars to coffee machines, can communicate and take actions to improve our lives. For example, making a coffee when your car reaches the driveway, or reducing the energy consumption of all our homes for a healthier environment. To make these kinds of things possible, we will need new technologies and tools.

RedBite’s founders were part of the original Auto-ID Centre labs at the University of Cambridge where the term “Internet of Things” was coined and as a result have many years of expertise in designing and producing the necessary technologies.

We have implemented global deployments of our software and products that create social workplaces secure airports and monitor the world’s postal system.
