    Time Requirement

     

    To ensure we are able to plan ahead, we would appreciate if you would comply with the following time scales.

    All functions must be placed 24 hours in advance.

    If you are unable to give 24 hours notice please e-mail the booking form and then call the Conference office immediately to confirm if we are to cater for your event.

    Orders received with less than 24 hours notice are subject to product availability.

    This notice also applies to cancellations. If you cancel your event with less than one month notice you will be liable for the full costs relating to the function.

     

    Additional Services

     

    For functions outside the current scope on offer, additional costs may be incurred. The customer would be warned of this in advance of the function.

    Functions for 30 covers or more, require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

    Special functions requiring items not held in stock would require a minimum of one weeks notice.
