Gonçalo de Vasconcelos, Co-Founder and Non-Exec Director of SyndicateRoom and one of the Top 10 most influential people in tech in the UK as well as one of the Top 40 most influential people in fintech in Europe, joins the Investment War Stories Panel at St John’s Innovation Centre.

We’re delighted to announce that Gonçalo de Vasconcelos, Co-Founder and Non-Exec Director of multi-award- winning online investment platform SyndicateRoom, will join the panel at the upcoming “Investment War Stories for Angels and Entrepreneurs” event on 19th September 2019 at St John’s Innovation Centre.

Chaired by Alan Cowley, Co-Founder of The Invested Investor, this interactive afternoon session will provide insights to the current equity and early stage investment landscape touching on new rules for start-ups, scale-ups and angel investing.

Gonçalo will join Alan Cowley and Peter Hiscocks, Fellow in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management at Cambridge Judge Business School, on the panel and talk about entrepreneurship and pioneering investor-led equity crowdfunding platform.

The discussion will include the dos and don’ts of investing in early stage companies and views on industry trends. The panel will also share their top-tips and favourite war stories.
