The Square Café at St John’s Innovation Centre turns into a little patisserie

The Square Team at St John’s Innovation Centre is delighted to be supporting Harley, a young Commis Chef, in pursuing his passion for baking.

“I have a knack for sweet treats,” said Harley, a Commis Chef at The Square Café. "I’m excited to have the opportunity to focus more on the baking aspect of my work. I enjoy experimenting with traditional and modern recipes and techniques to develop new flavours and share my cakes with the St John’s community.”

Harley is still at college and is currently training for The Commis Chef Level 2 qualification.

Dedicated to sourcing local produce and attuned to baking trends, The Square Café will offer homebaked goods on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Harley’s Cake and Coffee combo is £3.00.
