Table Tennis Champions were crowned and £360 was raised in aid of BBC Children in Need during the SJIC Curry and Games Night bringing the St John’s Innovation Park community together

In the run up to the grand finale, St John’s Innovation Centre became a real sports ground with teams from across the Innovation Park taking part in the Table Tennis playoffs.

The greatly anticipated Table Tennis Finals held at The Square Café during the SJIC Curry and Games Night saw GHX UK and Darktrace teams playing the final game to claim the tournament’s trophy.

Both teams delivered excellent performance in a head-to-head match, with Russ and Lee from GHX UK eventually taking the win.

Winners Russ & Lee from GHX and runners-up Thomas & Christopher from Darktrace

Congratulations to all teams powering through the playoffs and to the winners and a massive thank you to all donating and supporting the BBC Children in Need charity!

Special thanks to Conscious Communications, St John’s Innovation Centre-based public relations and marketing agency, who ran fun games with prizes and treated all participants to some delicious cupcakes.
