We’re excited to be part of something special this September in Cambridge.

Together with partners including First Ascent Group, Emergenetics International and St John’s College, Cambridge we’re delighted to be part of the Cambridge Leadership in Transition Programme (CLTP) – a new residential course designed for leaders ready to rethink how leadership works in today’s complex world.

At St John’s Innovation Centre, we’ve spent decades supporting ambitious leaders and innovators — and this programme builds on that experience by combining the art of innovation with the science of leadership to help shape a new generation of purposeful, system-focused leaders.

Over three immersive days (25–27 September 2026), participants will:

🔹 Explore how leadership must evolve in response to global change.
🔹 Learn practical, research-backed approaches to influence, resilience and innovation.
🔹 Reflect on their own leadership style and organisational culture.
🔹 Connect with a cohort of forward-thinking leaders in a trusted, high-calibre environment.

The programme is designed to give you not just insight – but the confidence, mindset and network to lead meaningful change in your organisation and beyond.

📍 Hosted in the inspiring setting of St John’s College, Cambridge
