We have 95 units designed for two to forty people with prices that are inclusive of business rates, electricity and service charges.
Our philosophy here at St John’s Innovation Centre is to provide stability and flexibility to tenants. Our simple leases give you secured pricing for 12 months with, after the initial three months tenancy, only one month’s notice required. We support tenants upsizing or downsizing within the building at any time during the lease, where there is availability.

We rent by square foot rather than by desks which allows you to use the space flexibly and furnish them as you like. As a guide, allow a minimum of 30 square feet per person. Get in touch to request pricing and discuss your needs.
