This is a 1-2-1 workshop - so you will need to book your 30 minute timeslot with reception. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to secure your slot.
Rich Woods will be visiting the Innovation Centre to provide a free workshop on legal issues relevant to start-up and scale-up businesses.

Examples of areas which you could discuss include:
- preparing for a funding round
- investor economics: liquidation preferences, exit terms, preference shares, convertible loans
- investor rights: anti-dilution, veto rights, board positions, information rights
- equity incentive for your team
If there are any particular issues that you would like to discuss, do let us know and we will mention this to Rich before the session.
