Women4Technology are delighted to welcome Lauren Crawley-Moore of the London Stock Exchange Group who will join experienced investor Victor Christou for a Fireside Chat. Lauren and Victor will discuss how to scale from start-up, the impact of a diverse team on success, the importance of the right funding and hiring the right team for growth.
Lauren Crawley-Moore is Senior Business Development Manager, UK Primary Markets at the London Stock Exchange Group, where she advises businesses across London, the South East and South West on IPO strategy and routes to capital. The founder of the LSEG Women Network, Lauren is committed to supporting female founders across the UK and is an active champion of women in leadership and greater representation in the investment community.
Victor Christou is Chair of St John’s Innovation Centre and a seasoned deep tech and life sciences investor and leader. He is currently Managing Director of Pebble Investment Partners and a Trustee of the Society of Chemical Industry (SCI) and was formerly CEO of Cambridge Innovation Capital.
