Tom has been a valued team member at St John’s since 2019. As a CMI-certified business coach, he divides his time between supporting Innovate UK Business Growth clients locally and serving as the EEN support lead for international projects.

With a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Formulation and Entrepreneurship from UCL, Tom has a strong foundation in the life sciences, specializing in the health sector, Tom provides coaching on the commercialization of innovations, intellectual property, international expansion, and investment readiness.

In his role with EEN, Tom enables UK-based SMEs to connect with an international network, offering access to collaborative opportunities, events, and EU funding sources. He is one of five UK representatives in the EEN Health Sector Group, a testament to his expertise and commitment to the industry.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys an eclectic range of music, traveling, hiking and paddle-boarding with his fiancée, especially if they’re joined by a four-legged friend.
