We have some 95 units designed for two to forty people on simple 12 month leases with one month’s notice at the tenant’s election, inclusive of business rates, electricity and service charges.
Our philosophy here at St John’s Innovation Centre is to provide stability and flexibility to tenants. We are happy to provide the following services to allow our tenants to concentrate on their businesses without the distractions of property-related issues.
We rent by square foot rather than by desks. As a guide, allow a minimum of 30 square feet per person.
