Bailey Fisher Executive Search is pleased to welcome Danielle Grant to the team, as a Director in the Finance Practice. Danielle will be working closely with Andrew Moore, Managing Director of Bailey Fisher, to grow this area of the business, assisting growth-focused companies locally and across the UK with CFO, Finance Director and other key finance appointments.

Danielle brings 7 years’ specialist experience in senior finance appointments, working with clients from SMEs to multi-nationals. Most recently she managed the senior finance practice in Cambridge for a FTSE 250 specialist recruitment company, operating across the Eastern region. Previously, Danielle was based in Reading, working across the Thames Valley as manager of the finance and accountancy team supporting clients from smaller businesses to blue chip companies with their key finance hires.

Speaking about her appointment, Danielle said “I am delighted to join the team at Bailey Fisher and looking forward to playing a part in the continued growth of such a well-respected business. The Cambridgeshire market has been my focus for the past 4 years and there is huge potential within the region’s many dynamic businesses.
