'Tis the season to be jolly…St John’s Innovation Centre is entering the most festive season of the year with Christmas Lunches and the Annual Christmas Mingle for SJIC Tenants.

Christmas Lunches

The highly anticipated Christmas Lunches have arrived! Jeanette and her team at The Square Café are ready to wow SJIC Tenants once again with homey atmosphere and a modern twist on the Christmas menu prepared by our Chef, Sam.

SJIC Tenants will be enjoying orange glazed turkey crown, cranberry and apple stuffing-yorkshire pudding and smoked bacon wrapped chipolata, served with roast potatoes, roast chantenay carrots and parsnips with caraway and black onion seeds, pan fried sprouts with red onion and savoy cabbage.

For the vegetarian option the Chef has prepared salmon, prawn and smoked haddock en croute with lemon butter and dill with smashed potatoes and pan fried beans with garlic. For the vegan option, there will be a delicious, classic nut roast with spinach, chestnut mushroom, figs and dates.

This year we’ll be raising funds in aid of Jimmy’s Cambridge, a charity providing help for the homeless in the Cambridge area. We had an amazing response last year and we'd like you to join us for the annual SJIC Christmas Mingle and Raffle and once again support this important cause.

Let’s celebrate the festive season over a glass of deliciously warming mulled wine and scrumptious mince pies. We look forward to seeing you!
